Emma Rose Evans » Biography

Emma Rose Evans (b. Rose Pendleton) was born on August 22, 1987 (20) in Southern California to Elizabeth Little. She took up acting at the age of 4 years old in church theatre performances after her mom wanted her to. Then she followed up with modeling when she was 13 (almost 14) years old in 2001.

In 1999, she was offered a role in a commerical as well as the play the commerical was advertising, but she turned down the play. She agreed to the commerical and soon after she fell in love with film acting and wanted to pursue it. She landed her first film role in 1999 at the age of 12, playing the lead role of Samantha Montgomery in a student film called The Case of the Missing Bulldog Head. She had such a huge passion for acting, for her 13th birthday she received a camcorder from her grandma to make her own home movies. She made more than 25 films during those four years with her friends and continues to make them today. You can see her latest one with her friend Megan Divers on her YouTube page called "Pretty! Odd!"

After graduating high school, she started her own independent production company called Whoa! Ducky Productions and began to work on her first film called Scandals, Lies, Hollywood (originally called Untold: The Secret Life of Celebrities). They are currently in the announced stage which Emma hopes to film sometime before 2011 due to lack of time as well as waiting for Karen (her friend) to turn 18. However the production company has helped produce some of her movies and also a web show called "Bonjour!" in 2008 that her and her friend Laura Daley put on Youtube.

In 2006, she was cast in three productions including Zombies Ate My Prom Date a indie horror film about zombies invading a senior prom due out in 2008. Baby, I'm Just Bad News which she helped produce and assist (PA), as well as a video podcast called "Necropod" however the last two productions fell through and the productions are no longer under way. In 2007, she decided to concentrate a bit more on modeling rather than acting and did many runway shows, photoshoots and promotional modeling for fashion designers including Kami Shade, a celebrity fashion designer, photographers, clothing lines such as Cutesy Shoes and more!

By the time 2008 came around Emma decided she wanted to do more acting rather than modeling and this year has put all her effort into attending auditions and balancing school. In January she made a brief appearance in one scene for the film The God's of Circumstance, which she is not credited for. In April of 2008 she took part in a "Support Obama '08!" commercial for the Democratic website MoveOn.org. In March she landed a role in a film called Miar Vociche playing Holli an emotional teenage girl who falls in love with her best friend. In June of 2008, she filmed a 7 minute trailer playing the lead of Alicia White in a horror called "Ghostclown" as well as took the role of Diana a groupie/pothead for a band in One In Seven Million. Emma continues to have fun making her own projects, plans to work on her crew/behind the scenes of films as well as get her BA degree in digital media, while producing an upcoming clothing line called Im A Jerk Industries.
